📦 Return & Refund Policy

We offer two types of thrifted clothing bundles: Mystery Bundles and Custom Bundles. Each order is carefully prepared based on the product type selected at checkout.

🎁 Mystery Bundles

Mystery Bundles are pre-curated thrifted clothing selections chosen by us. The exact items inside are not revealed in advance.

Due to the nature of mystery items, all Mystery Bundle sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, style preference, or individual item liking.

However, we will resolve issues where:

• The incorrect bundle type or size was sent
• Items are missing from your order
• Items arrive damaged or faulty

🧵 Custom Bundles

Custom Bundles are curated based on the preferences you provide at checkout (such as size, style, or requested vibe). We create each bundle individually to match your selections as closely as possible.

Because each item is thrifted and one-of-a-kind, minor variations in colour, brand, or style may occur. These are part of the nature of second-hand clothing.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference. However, we will resolve issues where:

• The incorrect size or custom request was clearly not followed
• Items are missing
• Items arrive damaged or faulty

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos if there is an issue.

All items are pre-loved thrifted clothing. By purchasing, you agree to receive curated second-hand items within your selected bundle type.
