📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Custom Bundles may take slightly longer as they are individually curated.

🇬🇧 Delivery (UK only)

We currently ship within the UK only.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2–5 business days, depending on the courier.

📦 Tracking

Tracking is provided when available, depending on the shipping method used. If tracking is available for your order, it will be sent to you once your parcel has been dispatched.

Some lower-cost shipping options may not include full tracking.

⚠️ Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or other delivery disruptions once the parcel has been shipped.

📦 Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with the courier.
